Co-Development in Personality (CoDiP) Study
The Co-Development in Personality (CoDiP) study was conducted in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and was funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation. The study investigates how individual personality development is related to the development of a close dyadic partner in inter- and intragenerational relationships across the life span. The CoDiP study generated a comprehensive three-generational longitudinal data pool across 4 years that includes data of family members in young, middle-aged, and older adulthood. The concepts under study are personality traits, characteristic adaptations, and life stories.
